Returns + Exchanges

Returns

Returns are accepted for a full refund minus all shipping fees within 14 days of order arriving. Items must be unmarked and unworn. If any signs of wear are evident then refunds may be reduced. Custom fit orders cannot be returned. We currently cannot accept international returns due to complexities with customs.

Due to a recent increase in customers ordering multiple sizes to try on then returning ones that do not fit we sadly have had to add a restocking fee of 5% to all returns. Please if you have sizing questions refer to our size chart or email us and we will assist.

Exchanges

Please contact kenziekayfashion@gmail.com to inquire about exchanges. Exchanges are accepted but must be requested within 14 days of order arriving. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return items. Exchanged for item will not be shipped until previously purchased item has arrived and is deemed in new condition. Items that have been worn or show signs of wear will not be accepted for exchanges.
