CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel send us an email with your order number to concierge@kenziekay.com. Please be aware we work hard to process orders quickly and may not be able to cancel your order.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will email your order tracking number once it has shipped.

If you created an account with us, you will be able to login to check the status of your account.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

We do! You can choose PayPal at checkout and you will be redirected to their site to finalize your order.

We are dedicated to creating extraordinary clothing. Each of our pieces is made in the United States with extreme care and attention to detail. We believe fashion is art and should created as a masterpiece would. You can always expect high quality when you purchase Kenzie Kay clothing.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK

Go to the product page, select your size, and enter your email in the wait list field provided for the item you want. We will update you if the item you want is back in stock.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If there is a problem with your order, such as missing items, or any other concerns please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will take care of you.

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us immediately at concierge@kenziekay.com and include a photo of the damaged item. You have 7 days from receiving your order to get a refund for damaged items.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders ship in 2 - 3 business days. Please be aware we do not ship orders on weekends or US holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TAXES

International orders are handled individually and taxes and shipping vary by country. Please contact concierge@kenziekay.com for shipping and tax information for your order.

SIZING

We fit from an extra-small (based of @kenziekayfashion) and grade up from there. Please contact concierge@kenziekay.com and we will be happy to help with sizing questions.
