1-Year Warranty

Your Riviera sunglasses are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting you against:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material flaws in frames or lenses

  • Faulty hinges or screws

  • Lens coating defects

If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and photographs of the concern. We will promptly review and assist with repair or replacement.

Beyond the Warranty

We care deeply about the long-term satisfaction of our customers. Even after the warranty period, we are committed to finding fair solutions when possible. In certain cases, we may offer a pro-rated replacement service for issues that arise outside the warranty period, typically at a reduced fee to cover production costs.

Our goal is always to ensure you feel cared for and supported.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, crushing, improper handling)

  • Scratches or wear from regular use

  • Loss or theft

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

We encourage you to store your sunglasses in their protective case when not in use, and to clean them gently with the provided cloth to preserve their beauty.
