Here is my favorite breakfast recipe! It’s super easy & healthy. The recipe makes enough for a week, I use it to top yogurt (my favorite is the Foragers cashewgurt) or a smoothie. Enjoy!

1 3/4 c Oats
1 c Chopped Pecans
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder (Optional)
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
1/2 tbsp Honey

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Spread out oats on sheet pan, top with chopped pecans, chia seeds, hemp protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix together and shake pan to spread it out evenly.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and mix in.
  4. Drizzle honey and olive oil over pan then mix and shake so the granola is even across the pan.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Watch the pecans they burn fast!
